What’s included in ADAPT
A comprehensive & flexible program
Each week you’ll receive 2 strength, 2 hangboard, and 2 climbing workouts that you have the autonomy to arrange as works for YOUR schedule. You’ll be given guidance on how to mix and match the workouts to fit into 2-3 quality sessions per week.
This flexibility allows you to realistically plan your weeks while also giving you enough structure to keep you on track. You’ll be able to consistently train without the sacrificing other parts of your life.
A community of support
Train alongside climbers who get it: balancing work and play and pushing personal climbing goals while having a personal life.
In the Discord group, you can celebrate wins and also get community & coaching support through setbacks. You’ll also be able to ask any training questions you have on this platform and receive specific coaching during the monthly group call.
Modifications to personalize your workouts
What your body needs for training is unique to you. While the base concepts of training don't change from person to person, it’s important for workouts to be scalable to your current level.
This is why each ADAPT workout includes modifications. You’ll be able to choose the appropriate intensity based on your current level as well as progress the exercises as you get stronger.
Weekly educational videos
When you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, you'll gain certainty and confidence in your preparation for your goals. This translates to confidence on the wall and, ultimately, improved climbing performance.
Each week, a bite-sized educational video is posted with prompts and/or worksheets so you feel involved in your program. When you trust the process to progress your climbing, you’ll stay motivated and consistent in your training.

About Me
Hey! I’m Juliet Hammer, Climbing Coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I’ve been climbing for 18 years, have sent over 45 V10+ boulders (up to V12), and been a finalist at National level competitions.
And I’ve been exactly where you are now. I want you to know: it IS possible to perform the way you want even on a limited schedule.
In fact, my best climbing day to date happened when I was working 6 shifts as a personal trainer per week.
In my coaching career, I’ve helped 9-5ers, college students, PhD candidates, and other time-crunched weekend warriors just like you make great strides in their climbing from climbing 1-2 grades higher to having their best climbing trip to date,
I created ADAPT so that you can find this focus, efficiency, and motivation to make the most of your time when you get outside.

FAQs
1. What if I’m new to lifting?
Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a lifting guide with detailed video walkthroughs so you can safely learn to lift. There are also modifications to the exercises you can make as you become comfortable with form. Lastly, you’ll be able to submit videos for form feedback during the monthly group coaching call.
2. What equipment do I need?
The workouts are written for a standard climbing gym set-up. It is recommended that you have access to barbells, dumbbells, a hangboard, and a climbing wall.
3. How are the workouts delivered?
Workouts are delivered on a weekly basis via TrueCoach, an online training platform. There is a downloadable phone app so that you can take your workouts with you to the gym or crag and record your results as you go.
4. Are the workouts personalized?
The workouts are standardized and there are progression, regression, and modification options provided. This allows you to scale the workouts to your appropriate level. If you ever have any questions about scaling the workouts, the community Discord group is there for you to ask for help from both myself and your peers!

5. What if I need extra support?
Once in the program, you’ll have the ability to book 1:1 coaching calls for additional support.
6. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no long-term contract involved with this service. You will be able to cancel your subscription anytime from a client portal. However, I recommend sticking with the program for at least 2 months in order to see adaptations and results. These things take time!
