ADAPT - Month to Month
ADAPT is a good fit if you:

access to TrueCoach, an online training platform & app where workouts will delivered and your progress will be tracked
weekly standard programming including a base of 2 strength workouts, and optional 2 hangboard workouts, 2 climbing sessions each week.
a community Slack space where members can ask questions to Coach Juliet and interact with & support each other
access to book 1:1 intensives once enrolled
*Note: Because this is a standardized program, it is recommended to have a typical gym set up with barbells, dumbbells, etc.
