Here’s what’s included:

Intake Call

Each program begins with a free 30-minute intake call where we will discuss where you’re at with your climbing and work together to come up with a plan to fit your schedule.

After this call, I will build your 8 week customized training plan, delivered via the Everfit app so you can have your workouts right at your fingertips. Program adjustments take place halfway through the plan.

Weekly Support

Weekly support includes:

  • Video feedback & analysis for up to 5 videos per week

  • Messaging support for logistical questions

  • Weekly check-in for more in-depth discussion topics

Halfway Point Check-In Call

Halfway through your program, we will check-in to discuss how things are going and go over any adjustments you’d like to make.

Flexible Payment Options

You may choose to pay in full for your program or payment plan options are available.

A deposit payment is due upon booking, then payment can be broken into 2, 3, or 4 month plans. If more extended payment plan is needed, just mention during the intake call.
