Over the next few weeks I'm excited to dive into our next topic: projecting.
I want to explore what projecting is, what purpose it serves in training, and ultimately, does it make us better climbers?

The trend of enjoyment seemed to be satisfaction from taking on a challenge, making progress, and finishing something that didn't originally seem possible.
Now here are some things you all said that you do not enjoy about projecting:
The trend here seems to be frustration when progress halts as well as anxiety when it comes time to give send burns.

I'm excited to dig into the fine line between enjoyment and frustration when projecting. Also, what approaches we can take for projecting to have fun while also being productive.
