does projecting make you a better climber?
Last week I asked you all some more questions about projecting and I loved hearing your answers!
I asked:
The most obvious trend here is that folks spend much more time projecting outside than they do inside. They also overwhelmingly agree that projecting makes you a better climber.
When I asked how projecting makes you a better climber, two main patterns emerged. Here are some of the answers:
The first pattern show above is that projecting builds "mental tenacity", "persistence", "resilience", etc.
The second pattern is that projecting gets people out of their comfort zone.
I appreciate everyone who answered and I'm looking forward to talking more about when and where projecting fits into training for climbing!
